Born and raised in Northern NSW, Chef Tikaram has worked at esteemed establishments like Longrain, Bentley, Tetsuya’s, and E.P. & L.P. in Los Angeles before taking over as the Head Chef at Stanley, where he is revolutionising the Brisbane culinary scene with his inventive take on classic Cantonese cuisine.
