Standup 101 - Stand Up Class Series

This is a 5 week workshop series, in which you will learn stand up comedy mechanics, writing, performing, and more. The class will both get you comfortable on stage as well as helping developing your first (or next) 5 min set. The series ends with a showcase show.

Veteran comic and comedy instructor Steve Lesser will be teaching. Steve has been performing comedy (improv, standup, and sketch) since 1994 with over 4500 performances and has been teaching stand up for over a decade.

Sundays 3:00 - 5:00 (note some classes go long for extra feedback but we can accommodate schedules)

Classes will be Sundays: June 23 & 30 and July 14, 21 & 28 (Note: there will be no class on July 7th, the July 4th holiday weekend)

Target date (and therefore subject to change) for the graduate showcase show will be Aug 1 or Aug 4
