At Standing Stones Camp, we're all about learning, growing, connecting, and equipping our young campers to fulfill and serve God's kingdom—all while having fun! BACKGROUND CHECKS

Those who received background checks in 2023 will not need to complete a background check for 2024. Background checks will need to be completed for those who fall under the following categories:

• Group Leaders
• Activities Volunteers
• First-Aid Volunteers
• Security Volunteers
• Worship Team
• Workshops Teachers
• Staff Assistants
• Chaperones

There is a $12 background check fee for Chaperones who will be attending. If you are a returning Chaperone from 2023, you will not need to complete the background check this year. HBNA will be covering the background fees for Group Leaders, Activities and Security Volunteers, Workshop Teachers, and Staff Assistants that did not complete a background check for 2023. The SS Camp Operations Director will be reaching out to your main contact for your youth group to confirm which individuals will need to complete the background check application.

MONDAY | REGISTRATION CHECK-IN

Check-in for registration begins Monday, July 22nd, 2024. Lunch and Dinner will be provided on Monday. The doors will open for the program to start at 07:30 PM.

*Note: Workshop and Track Teachers will have a mandatory meeting from 4:30PM to 5pm with Group Leaders, Volunteers, and Chaperone Meeting to follow from 6pm to 7pm.

NOTE | PAYMENTS

(1) We are only using Eventbrite for collecting registration information and will not be collecting payments through this platform.

( 2) We ask that you/your church pay by sending a money order or church check (made out to Hmong Baptist National Association OR HBNA) to the following address post dated before JULY 6th, 2024. Failure to send before July 6th, 2024 may not reach SS Operations Director in time before camp; Please bring payment at camp in the event your church is unable to post date in the mail by July 6th, 2024.
