Do you ever hold back what you really think or feel because keeping the peace seems easier?

Honoring Your Story is a special three-hour gathering with Jennifer Rene of Withinbyjen built around a simple invitation: stand in your truth, feel it, honor it, and learn to speak it with grace.

Together, we’ll create space to pay closer attention to the feelings and inner knowing that can become easy to push aside in everyday life. Jennifer Rene will guide participants through an experience designed to support more authentic, aligned expression—not by becoming louder or harder, but by becoming clearer about what is true for you.

During this gathering, Jennifer Rene will lead an exploration in:

• Recognizing your true feelings instead of automatically pushing them down
• Trusting your gut and honor what you know is right for you
• Putting your truth into kind, clear words
• Practicing speaking honestly with both love and strength
• Taking another step toward living more openly and authentically

As Jennifer Rene puts it:

Please dress comfortably for spending several hours in the studio.

Studio note: Street shoes are removed before entering the main studio floor. Bare feet, socks, soft-soled dance shoes, or other clean soft-soled footwear are welcome.

This gathering is being offered as a benefit for the Tree of Life Studio, home of the Tree of Life Studio Collective in Kansas City.

The Collective brings together independent artists, guides, facilitators, and wellness practitioners to offer creative, reflective, and fully embodied community-centered experiences.

Proceeds from this special gathering will directly benefit the Collective's facility costs and help keep this vision for the studio alive.

So your ticket does two things at once: it gives you an afternoon devoted to honoring your own voice and story, while helping preserve a physical place where Jennifer Rene and other local practitioners can continue bringing their work into the community.
