Hi Friends!
I am very excited to announce that I am planning on bringing in three amazing acrobats for a standing h2h/f2h intensive! I flew up to Boston last month to take an intensive with them and enjoyed it so much that I want to bring them to our community!
This intensive will be held on November 9th and 10th. Along with the intensive, I am hoping to have a jam on Friday. There will also be availability for private instruction on Monday.
The instructor lineup will be @cloudbreakJack and @@kianajeanne.f from Florida, along with Romain Guimard @compagnie_xy from South Carolina.
These instructors are fabulous at meeting the community where they're at and hope to foster a safe environment to learn and grow. Their goal is to help each student build confidence in these skills safely and walk away from the intensive feeling accomplished in their progressions!
My goal for this intensive is to have these instructors come in and help give us a solid foundation for standing skills and build up the skills we have been working on.
The prerequisites for this intensive will be fliers 10 second handstand at the wall, confident in two-high, and a comfortable L based f2f. Bases I would like to see a comfortable and confident two high with 10 body weight squats and a stable L base f2f. If you have a good h2h/f2h, that's fantastic! These instructors are great at helping fine-tune skills and can offer excellent feedback.
The intensive will be split into two days, 6 hours of training each day with an hour lunch break. The instructors are open to other content as well, so please reach out if there is something else, you'd like to work on!
Tickets for the intensive and jam will be between $150 and $175.
My goal is to get a head count of how many people are seriously interested in attending this intensive so I can get a better idea of class size for what gym I rent, along with ticket prices.
