About this Event

Take control of your personal space. This entry-level class focuses on what happens before a physical altercation. You'll learn situational awareness, how to assert boundaries (personal sovereignty), proper defensive stances, and distance management. (Note: You must take this Level 1 class before attending Levels 2 or 3).

The Why: According to the CDC, over 50% of women will experience some form of severe physical violence in their lifetimes. Self-defense starts with awareness.
