"Stand-Up for Students is a comedy fundraiser supporting Persist Nashville and returns for its third year at Zanies. This high-energy night of stand-up brings the community together to supports over 1,000 Nashville students to earn their college degree and transition into their desired career path.

Persist Nashville provides one-on-one coaching to Metro Nashville Public Schools graduates, helping them enroll in postsecondary education, persist through challenges, and complete degrees or workforce credentials. By removing barriers like financial aid confusion, transportation gaps, and unexpected life obstacles, Persist helps students stay on track. Though this work is not possible without our community!
