Ever wanted to try stand-up comedy? Now is your chance.

Join Comedian & Comedy Club Owner B Smitty for an 8-week stand-up comedy workshop where you will learn the fundamentals of stand-up comedy and develop your own material.

This course is designed for beginners, aspiring comedians, public speakers, and anyone looking to build confidence on stage.

Throughout the course you will learn how to:
• Write jokes and structure punchlines
• Develop your comedic voice
• Turn stories into stand-up material
• Improve stage presence and delivery
• Work the microphone and control a crowd
• Edit and refine your jokes
• Prepare for a live comedy performance

Each week includes hands-on exercises, writing assignments, and stage practice.

The workshop will conclude with a Graduation Comedy Showcase, where students will perform their stand-up set in front of a live audience at Upstage Comedy Lounge.
