Her background includes higher-education recruiting, serving as an HR Business Partner at Amazon, and leading early-career programs in the tech industry. She specialized in university recruitment and managed global programs supporting students across three continents. Claire now serves as the Director of Employer Engagement at Willamette University, where she brings her experience full circle by connecting students with career opportunities.
