In season. From scratch. By chefs. Join us starting May 1 for the opening of Greenfield Village’s newest dining experience: Stand 44.
Here, we dedicate ourselves to preparing delicious food made from scratch by imaginative chefs from seasonal ingredients—all in a welcoming environment that minimizes waste and uses resources responsibly.
When Stand 44 opens its doors for the first time, you’ll find a selection of Neapolitan-style pizzas, salads featuring roasted butternut squash or fresh American tuna, shaved roast beef sandwiches, burgers grilled just for you topped with local cheese, and much more. When you dine with us, you’ll also be able to take part in our sustainability efforts, as all waste produced at Stand 44 will be composted for use in our historic farms and gardens.
