Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for and attending the Indians In Calgary Stampede Breakfast 2026 ("Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation I understand that participation in this Event is voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation.
2. Release of Liability I release and hold harmless Indians In Calgary, its directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, venue operators, and event organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from injury, illness, property damage, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
3. Medical Treatment In the event of an emergency, I authorize Event organizers to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that any costs related to such treatment are my responsibility.
4. Photography and Media Release I acknowledge that photographs, videos, and recordings may be taken during the Event. By attending, I grant Indians In Calgary permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in promotional materials, social media, websites, and other media without compensation or further approval.
5. Personal Property I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions Food will be served at the Event. I understand that it is my responsibility to inquire about ingredients and notify organizers of any allergies or dietary concerns. Indians In Calgary and its partners are not liable for allergic reactions or food-related incidents.
7. Code of Conduct I agree to conduct myself respectfully and responsibly. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
8. Agreement By completing registration and/or attending the Event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.

Indians In Calgary reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, or activities as necessary. Registration does not guarantee entry if venue capacity limits are reached.
