Join Us for Stamford Day 2026 — Celebrating Stamford’s Founding in 1641 and its Diversity Today, a celebration of Culture, Community, and Belonging The Mayor’s Multicultural Council in partnership with Mill River Park Collaborative are pleased to announce Stamford Day 2026, a free, fun, family-friendly event celebrating the rich history and cultural diversity of Stamford to be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 10:30am to 2:30pm in Mill River Park located at 1050 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT (near the fountain).
The outdoor event will feature family friendly activities including a history hunt in the park, coloring, face painting, raffles, art displays, music, dance performances and food truck for the public to purchase. The event will be held rain or shine. Please bring blankets or chairs. Bring your family, invite your neighbors, and come celebrate what makes Stamford special.
Free Parking is available at UCONN parking lot (1194 Washington Blvd).
