We are excited to bring you this techniques workshop with Amy and Vanessa of A Glass Fantasy.This class will be focusing specifically SOLDERING! One of the hardest parts to master in the stained glass process, the art of soldering takes practice, practice, practice. And you will get lots of practice in this workshop! Students will get to experiment on pre-foiled pieces of glass provided by the instructors. Amy and Vanessa will go more in depth about the basics of soldering as well as decorative soldering. If students would like help with foiling, that will be addressed as well.
If you have your own tools and materials that you know you already like, but want to get more comfortable using, please bring them with you to class. ie: your own soldering iron, specific brand of flux that might be different than what we use.
This class is limited to eight students.
