Learn how to make your own mushroom sun catcher using secondhand materials!
About this Event

Build your own stained glass suncatcher using second hand materials, led by local artist Jonah Reeder @thelazyglazier.

Learn to cut, grind, and solder glass pieces to create your design. In this workshop you will learn about and practice the Tiffany method, which involves copper foiling and soldering your pieces together. We will also be incorporating wirework elements to add structural strength and design details. By the end of the workshop, you'll have your own mushroom suncatcher to bring home!

Workshop runs from 11-2:30, with a 30 minute break from 1-1:30

*IMPORTANT:
This workshop will be held outside, so in the case of inclement weather, the rain date will be Friday, September 25th.
