Workshop Description:
Expand your stained glass artistry in this immersive, full-day workshop designed for intermediate-level students ready to take their skills to the next dimension—literally! Under expert guidance, you'll create stunning three-dimensional projects such as graceful flying birds or a beautifully crafted glass box with a beveled top and articulating lid. If you prefer, you may bring your own original pattern (maximum size: 12" x 1 2") to work on or we will teach you to make your own pattern.
Throughout the day, you'll refine your cutting, soldering, and assembly techniques while learning to use came and mud projects to give your work professional structure and polish. Along the way, you'll pick up time-saving shortcuts, creative design tips, and practical methods for producing custom stained glass pieces with strength and precision.
Bring your own lunch and get ready for a day filled with creativity, craftsmanship, and community. By the end of class, you'll go home with a completed piece—and the confidence to tackle even more ambitious stained glass designs!
All supplies are included in the cost of tuition.
