Stages Music Arts is thrilled to welcome our good friends and rising Americana stars Whiskey Feathers back to our performance hall stage on Friday, January 17th at 7:30 p.m. for another evening of rich harmonies, heartfelt storytelling and magnetic stage presence.
The band's growing catalog of original music has captured audiences with songs crafted by bandleader Brittain Duckworth, who writes lyrics about heady concepts - absent the predictable tropes - and filled with intention. To get a sense of their sound, imagine the vibe of the "The Last Waltz", add a healthy dose of Nathaniel Rateliff-esque lead vocals, then pair them with harmonies from The Civil Wars.
Up-and-coming Americana quartet - Feather and Flask - will open the show with their own brand of roots-based grooves.
