Stage Left

Stage Left is a reflective, interactive workshop for early-career and emerging performing artists exploring the tension between social media self, on-stage self, and everyday self. Through guided reflection, group discussion, and practical exercises, participants will have space to think about visibility, boundaries, self-presentation, and sustainability in creative life. This is not a therapy space, and sharing is always optional. Attendees can expect a warm, structured, community-based environment and leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools, and a clearer sense of how they want to navigate their artistic and everyday lives.
