This is the second part of a two part program.

This program focus on the psychological dynamics of groups in relationship to tension and conflict, with a focus on experiential learning and live facilitation experience. In this training we will explore shadow and conflict exploration in groups. The workshop centers around the archetype of the Mandorla, that we use as a practical tool for conflict exploration. Participants will have an opportunity to both participate and facilitate the Mandorla

In this training you will learn to:

  • Identify shadow in yourself and others
  • Assess readiness in a group for conflict exploration
  • Facilitate conflict exploration through the practice of the Mandorla
  • Work with emotional tension in groups for to cultivate greater trust and group cohesion
  • Build confidence in leading though tension
  • Compassionately communicate blind spots (both positive and constructive) for group and individual empowerment

$1495 for coaches, facilitators and leaders in the for-profit sector.

$795 for healing, health, social justice and non-for-profit sector.

Once participants have registered, the group can organize meal plans and camping equipment (if needed). A camping list will be sent out to all participants after registration.

We are Open Circle follows CDC guidelines for our in-person programs. All in-person programs at this time are held outdoors with social distancing precautions.
