Staffing Leaders Dinner: The Recruiter Role is Changing—Are You Prepared?

Join us for our exclusive Staffing and Talent Solutions Leaders Dinner in Atlanta, tailored for exceptional leaders like you.
About this Event

As administrative work and candidate screening shift to automation, the recruiter role is fundamentally changing. The highest performers aren't simply doing the same work faster, they're moving upmarket, focusing on relationship-building, negotiation, and higher-value client partnerships. Meanwhile, transactional recruiters face increasing pressure to demonstrate their value.

This dinner brings staffing leaders together to discuss what this shift means for hiring strategies, compensation models, and career paths. What will your best recruiter look like in 2027, and how are you preparing your next generation of recruiters to get there?

What to Expect

• The Shift Beyond Transactions: How automation is changing the recruiter role and creating greater emphasis on relationships, negotiation, and strategic value.
• Rethinking the Recruiter Career Path: How staffing firms should adapt hiring profiles, compensation, and performance expectations.
• Preparing for 2027: What high-performing recruiters will need to succeed and how to develop those capabilities in newer talent.
