Get to know the incredibly creative & diverse team at Dashi! We’ve asked our team what inspires them – like their favorite childhood dish, new flavors discovered through travel, meals they they cook at home for their kids, the best boozy sip they’ve ever had, or regional ingredients & flavos they haven’t yet seen at Dashi.
Join us this April 24th as our team presents this collaboration – a representation of themselves in five courses with optional drink pairings (though, we wouldn’t recommend skipping these yummy sips!). We’re so excited to show you a little more of who we are!
