Stability Sculpt with Danielle Gribble

Join Danielle Gribble from APEX Fitness NW for a free, all levels stability sculpt class!

Stability Scuplt is a class that focuses on your smaller muscle groups. This is a lower impact class, with slow and controlled movements to help increase stability.

This class will be held on Saturday morning at lululemon Fairhaven. Doors open at 8:00am, class begins promptly at 8:30am. Classes are open to ages 16+ and reservations through Eventbrite are required.

Make sure to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel!
