We are pleased to invite STA Members to register for a breakout session as part of the Saskatoon Teachers' Association Convention, taking place on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. This is a great opportunity to engage with fellow educators and explore topics relevant to your personal and professional growth.

We are also looking for breakout session hosts! As a host, you will:

✔ Receive an automatic spot in your selected session

✔ Enjoy a complimentary lunch on the day of the convention

✔ Help ensure the session runs smoothly by assisting with basic setup and coordination

• First-Come, First-Served: Session registration is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer be available for selection. Maximum participant numbers (if applicable) are noted in session details.
• Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Sessions with fewer than 10 registrants will be canceled. If this affects your selected session, we will contact you and ask you to choose an alternative.
• Session Locations: Rooms will be assigned based on final registration numbers, making it essential to register by April 4 to ensure appropriate space allocation.
• Confirmation Emails: You will receive an email confirming your session details (location, time, and requirements) between Monday, August 18 – Friday, August 22, 2025. Confirmation emails will be sent to your preferred non-work email.
