Advanced Communication Skills Training (ACST) for senior healthcare professionals (at Band 6 or above) is designed to enhance their ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues, improving overall care delivery. This training typically focuses on strategies for active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and cultural sensitivity, all of which are critical for fostering positive relationships in healthcare settings.

Delivered through a combination of; theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and role-playing scenarios, Advanced Communication Skills Training (ACST) aims to build the senior healthcare professional's confidence and competence in handling diverse communication challenges, ultimately improving patient outcomes and their overall healthcare experience.
