St. Thomas More College Annual Fall Gathering

This special night brings together alumni, friends, and family to celebrate our shared faith, honor outstanding alumni, and strengthen the bonds that make the STM community so unique.

This year's celebration will be especially meaningful as we share an exciting announcement regarding a trasformative gift to the college.

The evening begins with a celebration of Mass in the STM Chapel concelebrated by Bishop Robert Kasun, CSB and Fr. Ron Griffin, CSB, followed by the awards program as we recognize the exceptional contributions to our community from our Distinguished Alumni and STM Medal recipients. Following the awards, guests will enjoy a catered "Feast of the Land" dinner, celebrating the harvest of our prairies.

Bishop Robert Kasun, CSB - Auxiliary Bishop, Central Region, Archdiocese of Toronto, STM Class of 1972

Georgina Jolibois - former Mayor of LaLoche (2003 - 2015) and MP for Desnethé-Missinippi-Churchill River (2015-2019) – STM Class of 1991

STM Medalist:

Dr. Helen Horsman, former STM College Board of Governors Chair; former Superintendent for Moose Jaw Catholic Schools, Director of Education for Holy Trinity School Division and Saskatoon Catholic Schools, and Assistant Deputy Minister of Learning.

Schedule of Events

4:00 pm: Celebration of Mass, STM Chapel, Second Floor

5:00 pm: Special Announcement of a generous donation followed by the presentation of the 2025 STM Disginguished Alumni Awards, Fr. O'Donnell Auditorium

6:30 pm: Banquet, STM Cafeteria
