We are in a time where the possibility of being a homeowner and the constitutional rights of renters are being tested every single day. Therefore, it is important to have the discussion of the effects that property development has on these different areas of real estate law. To delve into these pressing issues, the St. Thomas Law Review is pleased to announce the theme of our Spring 2025 annual symposium:“Housing Crisis: The Effects of Land Use Planning and Development on Buying and Renting Homes.”
The symposium will take place on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, at the St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law Convocation Hall, located at 16401 NW 37th Ave. Miami Gardens, Florida 33045.
