Eligibility & Rules:
Open to kids ages 5–13
Child must be present at 1:00 PM to win
Registration is in person on-site only (no online registration)
Winner will be selected at the event—must be present when called
Shopping spree is intended to be used with participating vendors / event offerings as directed by staff.
