The Pogue Traders bring The Ultimate St Patrick’s Day Party to Quarterhouse on Saturday 14 March. Come for a live gig full of Pogues favourites, big choruses, and the kind of energy that turns strangers into a choir by the end of the night.
Support comes from Amelie, a traditional Irish folk duo. Then it is time to hit the dancefloor for a late night set of Irish classics and disco favourites, with comedian Jo Phaure keeping things moving with plenty of craic.
Doors open at 8pm and we go on until midnight. Bring your mates, grab a Guinness if you fancy, and have a proper night out that feels a bit different.
Formed in 2007, The Pogue Traders are known for packed rooms and spot on versions of the originals. One fan called them “The best Pogues tribute band I’ve ever seen”.
Wear green if you like. Bring your friends. Stay until the last song.
