St. Patrick's Day | Irish Whiskey Tasting

To celebrate St. Patrick's Day (on the actual day itself!) we will be exploring the diverse world of Irish whiskey with five delicious examples. They will demonstrate the key points that differentiate Irish whiskey from others. Learn a bit of the history, how it is made, the current boom happening in the Irish industry and about each whiskey that you are tasting as Matt talks you through them.

The tasting will take place in the upstairs room at The Old White Bear, a fabulous pub in Hampstead village, NW3. This is just five minutes walk from Hampstead underground station (Northern Line / Edgware branch). Several local bus routes also stop nearby.

The tasting will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Please feel free to arrive early for a pre-tasting drink or bite to eat. They have a great selection of craft beers and good wine list. They also pour one of the better pints of Guinness in north London.

No previous whisky knowledge needed, just enthusiasm and interest.

All guests are asked to Drink Responsibly.

Strictly over 18s only. Please bring ID if you are lucky enough to look close to that age.
