In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to decorate a set of themed sugar cookies using colorful royal icing techniques inspired by all things St. Patrick’s Day. You’ll be guided step by step through icing consistency, piping, flooding, and decorative details, making this class approachable for beginners while still offering plenty of room for creativity. Whether you’re decorating for the holiday or simply love learning new baking skills, you’ll leave with beautifully finished cookies to enjoy or share.

CANCELLATION POLICY
DUE TO LIMITED SEATING, WE REQUEST THAT IN THE CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOU DO SO AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE A SCHEDULED CLASS. THIS GIVES US THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL YOUR SPOT. YOU MAY CANCEL BY PHONE OR IN PERSON. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CLASS, WE CAN OFFER YOU A REFUND IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE 72 HOURS. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE 72 HOURS, YOU WILL LOSE THE PAYMENT FOR THE CLASS.
LATE POLICY
TO ENSURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS, WORKSHOPS WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED START TIME. GUESTS WHO ARRIVE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO JOIN THE CLASS AND WILL FORFEIT THEIR TICKET. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY TO GET SETTLED BEFORE WE BEGIN.
