We are hosting a charity lunch to raise funds for our Swan Model of Care. It's a great cause which supports patients and their families during the dying phase of life. Money raised pays for small items like memory boxes for family who may have lost a loved on or a hotel stay for a family who have been told that their loved one has hours to live and they're flying in to say their Good Bye's.
Tickets are £40pp and include Welcome Drink, 2 Course Lunch, Entertainment and Goody Bag.
