📍 Meet-up: Garfield Ave & the Boardwalk
⏰ Arrive early: 7:45–8:00 AM
(Pre-ruck fun + warm-up with Sarge)
The Ruck
We’ll kick things off with a ruck-specific warm-up, then hit the beach with:
• Sand ruck carries
• Total-body strength work
• Cardio, grit, and fresh ocean air
Everything is scaled — first-timers welcome, seasoned ruckers will still get smoked (in a good way).
Cost
• Just the Ruck: $20
• Rent + Ruck: $30
👉 We’ll have a few rucks available if you want to try it out.
No patches yet — we’re new to hosting events — but you’ll earn your sweat and bragging rights. Patches will come. 😉
