In collaboration with Harrogate Music School, St Mary’s Music School, Edinburgh are bringing a selection of their talented students to Harrogate.
A quartet will be performing an early evening concert to include movements from the Mozart String Quartet, no 17 in B Flat major, known as ‘The Hunt’, Dvorak String Quartet no 12 in F major, known as ‘The American’ and also a selection of duets by Martin Suckling for two Violins, and Schubert's Erlkönig for Violin and Viola.
Harrogate Music School is excited to offer a free String Workshop on Sunday 24th November at Harrogate Grammar school to any local string player who would like to take part and play alongside these fantastic young musicians in a performance of Vaughan Williams', Concerto Grosso.
The workshop is completely FREE for students to attend.
