St. Mary School Men's Club is hosting another drive-thru only but on campus spaghetti dinner fundraising event on Friday, October 1st, 2021 (Note: There is no school on that day). Even though we are not able to host an outdoor family friendly event this year on campus, it is important to show our school support through a safe drive-thru fundraising event. The deadline to purchase dinner tickets is Thursday 9/30 by 9pm. You can make donations until Friday 10/1 by 11:30pm.This fall we will be selling the same dinners in a family style package which includes 1.5lbs of spaghetti, 40+ fluid ounces of the secret sauce, 1/2 loaf of the famous garlic bread, and 1 large pre-packaged house garden salad with Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese. This tray will serve at least a family of four to six depending on your portion sizes. Each tray will be sold for $50 and must be reserved by purchasing in advance through this site. If you cannot make the event or have family out of area and they still want to contribute you can make a donation to the SMS athletic fund instead of purchasing a family dinner.
Due to County COVID restrictions, we will not be able to entertain walk-ups or day of purchases. All sales must be conducted in a touch free cashless manner. Upon pick-up, please remain in your vehicle at all times. Our Men's Club team member will take your order to you upon check-in. The drive thru line will be very similar to how you do pickup on a standard school day with stopping at a check in table before you pickup your order. Pickup times are between 4-7pm but just note there might be a longer wait time during the peak times. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions or if you ended up purchasing a dinner and cannot pickup on the day of the event as we can donate it to a local nonprofit that distributes food to the unhoused.
