After two years in a pandemic without an opportunity to celebrate in person, we officially have the green light to bring back our traditional on-campus spaghetti dinner event! We plan to have a DJ and a light tower trailer to light up the campus into the evening.

St. Mary School Men's Club is hosting a traditional on-campus spaghetti dinner fundraising event on Friday October 21st, 2022. Due to the fact that school is in session on this day, the Men's Club has decided to offer every student a hot dog lunch. (Note: Lunch will be served for every student regardless of ticket sales.)

The deadline to purchase online dinner tickets is Thursday 10/20 by 9pm. You can make donations until Friday 5/6 by 11:30pm.

On Campus Raffle (Day of Event Cash Only!)

Since it is illegal to have an online raffle in the state of California, we plan to host a CASH ONLY raffle the day of the dinner. There will be around $1500 in prizes given away that evening. There will be a separate tent with a banner to purchase raffle tickets and the prices are $1.00/ticket or 12 tickets for $10.00.

Dinner Options

This Spring, we will be selling two different dinner options which will include a single dinner or a family style dinner.

  • Single Dinner (9" X 9") includes about 0.3lbs of pasta, 6-8 fluid ounces of secret sauce poured on top, 2-3 large pieces of the famous garlic bread, and Parmesan cheese on the side. A separate smaller tray will include a dinner salad with a pre-packaged Italian salad dressing included for those who want a salad. This dinner will serve at least 1 large adult or 2 small children depending on your portion sizes.
  • Family Style Dinner (half tray) includes 1.5lbs of pasta, 40+ fluid ounces of the secret sauce, a full loaf of the famous garlic bread, and a large pre-packaged house garden salad with Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese. This tray will serve at least a family of 5-7 people depending on your portion sizes.

On Campus Dining Details with Advance Ticket Purchase

There is no need to bring hard copy tickets to the dinner as there will be a check in table that will have a list of everyone's order details. Please enter into the gymnasium from the school yard entrance and proceed to the check in table as dinner pickup times will be between 4:30-8pm. After check out plan to pickup your prepackaged individual or family style dinner packages and your dessert tickets. The dessert will be an ice cream chocolate bar that will be located in a cooler in the gymnasium along with bottled water. There is no dining inside the gym so we ask that you take your dinner out to the lawn area or the outside table under the tents. We encourage you to bring your own beverage of choice and even salad dressing if you don't prefer Italian. (Note: A floor plan view of the event will be sent out via e-mail to all ticket holders that paid in advance. )

Take-Out Details with Advance Ticket Purchase

Again, there is no need to bring hard copy tickets to the dinner as there will be a check in table that will have a list of everyone's order details. Please enter into the 1st Street entrance to the gymnasium starting at 4:30pm to check in and pickup your dinner orders. We ask that you to exit the way you came in to limit the number of folks in the gym. There is no ice cream dessert available for families that do not plan to eat on campus. (Note: A floorplan view of the event will be sent out via e-mail to all ticket holders that paid in advance.)

Day of Purchase On Campus

We are encouraging everyone to purchase either dinner option in advance as fulfillment of orders are limited to what we have on hand with pre-ordered supplies/ingredients. We will fill orders on a first come first serve basis that evening but should have some extra to fulfill several purchases the day of the event. Both dinner options will be able to purchase and can either take out or on campus dinning. That being said, if you decide to make purchases on site on the day of the event, you can do so with Cash or Check made payable to: St. Mary School.
