This year, our parish Catholic Women's League will be celebrating a very special milestone, our 35th anniversary since it was re-instated by Vi Dobson 35 years ago.We are planning a celebration on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, in our parish hall, beginning at 12 noon and concluding with our 5pm Mass for the intentions of our CWL council.
During the afternoon, we will enjoy a delicious lunch, guest speakers, some testimonials from our members and plenty of time to socialize, get re-acquainted and visit the past, through a slide presentation and our many photos and scrap books which will be displayed.
This event is open to everyone, ladies and gentlemen, who would like to celebrate with us. Everyone is welcome.
The cost for the lunch is $10.00. Tickets are available at the entrance of our church after all Masses from our CWL members, from the office or from our president, Rosanne Nadon, whose phone number is in our bulletin.
We hope you will be able to join us, meet our members and celebrate this special occasion with us. Thank you, and we look forward to welcoming you on September 28.
