Weigh-in Week will take place prior to kick off during the week of February 10 - 14.

Throughout the Challenge, you'll have access to a variety of resources including a digital Resource Toolkit, expert-led webinars, interactive group Health Coaching sessions, and free access to the online ReFresh Nutrition program (a $50 value!). Connect with other participants through our online community on the Personify Health app, where you can share your progress, success stories, and engage with personalized health and well-being content.
