ABOUT THE ESTATE
Described as an “oasis in Central London,” St. George’s Fields is a gated, low-density residential development designed for convenient city living. This unique community of around 300 apartments is set within 2.5 acres of private, tranquil woodland gardens that separate each of the early-1970s buildings. The distinctive ziggurat-style pyramid buildings, constructed during the 1970s and forming part of the Brutalist architectural movement of the time, strike a balance between strong architectural form and nature. Each building rises through five levels of large balconies, many with hanging gardens that further integrate the architecture with the surrounding landscape.
