Whether you’re an experienced player, returning after some time away, or completely new to rugby, you’ll be made welcome. It’s a proper training session with fitness, skills and rugby included, giving you the chance to meet the lads, get involved and enjoy a good run-around.

Water will be provided, and changing rooms and showers will be available after training.
Just bring suitable training kit and boots.
