About this Event
This free community event invites children, families, and nature enthusiasts to explore the fascinating world of insects through a range of hands-on activities and outdoor experiences.
Activities Include
Guided Bug Safari
Join our guided outdoor exploration session and discover the insects and mini-beasts living in the park. The Bug Safari will begin at 2:00pm.
Educational Insect WorkshopsLearn all about insects and how to identify them. Workshops will be running throughout the day until 2pm.
Insect-Themed Arts and Crafts
Creative activities inspired by the natural world will be available from 11am. until 2:00pm.
Badge Making
Children can design and create their own insect-themed badge to take home. Please note: one badge per child, available from 11am to 2pm.
