About this Event
The Lifestyle Heart Center at South Shore University Hospital is excited to present the first Seminar focused on Lifestyle and Food as Medicine. This is not just a lecture, but an interactive session where you can learn how the benefits of food and ways to change your lifestyle can improve your health. Join renowned Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Harold Fernandez and a panel of experts for this engaging Q&A session.
Our mission is to inspire and empower our patients and community to adopt a whole-food, plant-based diet, physical activity, and lifestyle changes as the foundation for heart health, whole-body well-being, and a strong, integrated healthcare system.
