Our next blues dance party will be with Reckless and Blue, the band lead by the President of the Mile High Blues Society! This will be their album release party, featuring a song written JUST FOR US, entitled "Shimmy Shakin' Blues"!!!!!!

You can only find SSB at Denver's one and only THE PEARL! (formerly the Mercury Café) in the upstairs ballroom. Come support the community and the new owners as they continue all of the scheduled events in the space! Come for good music, good dancing, and good people!
Doors open at 6:30pm. Free street parking or adjacent lots starting at only $4.
There will be a beginner-friendly blues dance lesson from 7-8pm. A dance party with live music from the band and DJ'ed band breaks will follow from 8-12.
7-8pm: All levels blues dance class
Instructors: Joe DeMers, teaching a SPECIAL BLUES LINE DANCE to Reckless and Blue's original song, "Shimmy Shakin' Blues"!
8:30-11:00: (live blues band!)
DJ: Vartan (band breaks)
Special Performance by: Devon and Rachel of Denver School of Social Dance!!
Admission:
$15- class only ($10 student discount with ID)
$20- dance only ($15 student discount with ID)
$35- class and dance ($25 student discount with ID)
