Welcome to the SSAS North West Network Meeting, the only meeting in the North West dedicated to SSAS Pensions.

SSAS North West’s aim has always been to introduce people to SSAS Pensions, help them grow and to secure theirs and their families future for generations.

The meeting is designed for;

• Business owners and company directors.

• Existing trustee's of their own SSAS pension.

• People who are interested in starting a Small Self-Administered Pension Scheme.

• Accountants looking to help clients grow and save tax in their businesses.

Our aim is to create a helpful, informative group plus find synergy for people looking to start or are already investing a SSAS pension to create a better future for themselves, family and future generation.

For our May networking meeting with have two great speakers lined up, Nigel Blyth & Stephen Gallagher, not to be missed if you're into commercial property or serviced accommodation.

Nigel Blyth is a business owner and has been a RICS Registered Valuer & Chartered Surveyor for over 32 years. Nigel’s presentation will be focussing on all things RICS “Red Book” Valuation including - the importance of early engagement with your property valuer when it comes to SSAS/SIPP pensions strategy, commercial property valuation 101 and Valuation Strategy.

Stephen Gallegher has completed a range of projects using both his own and 3rd party SSAS funding, from residential, through large Commercial Multiple Occupancy (CMO) projects to his latest hotel projects in Ayr, Scotland, Stephen will be sharing his wealth of knowledge with us, also how recent changes are affecting his strategies.

We will also have our new Open Mic slot, where you can introduce yourself to the group and let everyone know what you’re up to in the SSAS world, plus our extended networking to grow the Know, Like & Trust within the group.
