SUMMER IMAGINEERING 2021 Program Details
- Weekly Classes JUNE 14- JULY 30
- Location: Gale Ranch Middle School
- Classes for students entering 3rd through 6th Grade
- Classes for students entering 7th through 9th Grade
- Advanced Bio Lab Class for students entering 10th through 12th Grade
- Classes run from Monday through Friday with the exception of classes the Week of July 6 which will run Tuesday through Friday
- AM Class Times: 9AM-12PM
- PM Class Times: 1PM-4PM
- All classes have a required fee for supplies, materials and consumables which will be automatically added to each ticket
- SUPERVISED LUNCH ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS WHO ATTEND BOTH AM & PM CLASSES.
- Early Bird Pricing for classes running Monday through Friday: $275/class **SAVE $25**
- Early Bird Pricing for classes the week of July 6th running from Tuesday through Friday: $220/ class ** Save $20**
- Fees for supplies, materials and consumables will automatically be added
- Regular Pricing for classes running Monday through Friday: $285/class
- Regular Pricing for classes the week of July 6th running from Tuesday through Friday: $230/class
- Regular Pricing for classes running Monday through Friday: $300/class
- Regular Pricing for classes the week of July 6th running from Tuesday through Friday: $240/class
The health and safety of our students, staff, their families, and the community at large is our top priority. SRVEF is following the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Contra Costa Health Services. Guidelines will be strictly observed and class sizes will be limited to ensure social distancing. Classes will be held at a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 20 students. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be allowed up until 3 weeks before the first day of the class. After this time, no refunds will be granted unless the spot can be filled by another student on the waitlist. Refunds within one week of the start of the course will incur a $25 processing fee. The waitlist will be handled in order until 24 hours before the event. At that time if a spot becomes available, the entire waiting list will be notified at the same time and the first to respond will be offered the spot.
