Traditional Sri Lankan style dosa, pancake made from fermented grains served with Sambar - a spicy veggie stew and sambal – a coconut chutney (vegan)

For the meat eaters - Ceylon chicken curry
A delicious Sri Lankan chicken curry made with local, high welfare chicken. Cooked to a traditional Tamil recipe. Served with fresh coriander leaves.

for the veggies/vegans - Potato, chickpea and cauliflower curry (vegan)

Yellow Rice - Sri Lankan style, with aromatic spices (similar to pilau rice) and Traditional Sri Lankan Red Dhal made with warming spices & coconut milk, topped with fresh coriander leaves (let us know if you don’t want the coriander) and chutneys.
