About this Event
The 2026 SRC Conference is centered around the theme “Don’t Let Good Chaos Go to Waste.”
In times of change and challenge, collaboration and innovation become even more important. This conference will bring together professionals, advocates, and community partners to explore how we can turn energy, ideas, and challenges into meaningful action that strengthens support systems for older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers.
Through engaging discussions, networking, and shared learning, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with others who are committed to improving community care and services across Southeast Michigan.
Whether you are a service provider, policymaker, advocate, or community member, this conference is an opportunity to be part of the conversation shaping the future of aging and caregiving in our region.

By the time we finish our journey together, you'll feel inspired to live a happier life with tools that last beyond the workshop. You'll have practical techniques you can use this afternoon. You'll understand how to create happiness from the inside out—the secret sauce to sustainable well-being. And we're going to have some fun doing it!
This isn't a lecture—it's an experience. We'll be interactive, we'll move around, and you'll leave feeling energized.
