About this Event

This 101 course is designed to help mechanics understand a variety of services and procedures across the range of products we offer. Covering Rock Shox 50 hour services and theoretical deep dives, SRAM AXS pairing and fitting processes for road, gravel and MTB including T-Type, Brake stripping, servicing and bleeding as well as information about how, when and why we do these services.

The skills you learn from this course are a stepping stone to more indepth training offered in our 202 training courses

This in person training course is aimed at mechanics who have been working professionally for at least one year

Why we service bikes and when we should do it, with special attention paid to service intervals of suspension parts and how this can generate revenue
