Squid City Slingers are a folkgrass band from Duluth, Minnesota, known for energetic, approachable live shows built around original songs, unexpected covers, and serious musicianship.
A set can move from an original to a ’90s grunge cover to a bluegrass standard and somehow make it all belong together. The band brings plenty of personality to the stage, quickly making first-time listeners feel like part of the night.
The goal is always the same: play great songs, have a great time, and give people something to tell their friends about.
