Following the announcement of their new studio album, Trixies, British legends Squeeze announce the most ambitious tour of their 50+year career.Founded in 1973 by Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook, Squeeze are one of pop’s best-loved bands with a catalogue of sky-high classics such as ‘Up The Junction’, ‘Tempted’, ‘Cool For Cats’, ‘Another Nail in My Heart’ and ‘Labelled With Love’, whose live shows are legendary or, as The Guardian wrote, “pop perfection”.
Joining Squeeze on the tour as Very Special Guest will be singer, songwriter and activist Billy Bragg.
£1* from every ticket sold on the tour will be donated to the newly launched LIVE Trust, a new funding initiative from LIVE that will offer much needed financial support to those working across live music. The LIVE Trust will initially support the grassroots music sector that is such a vital part of the music ecosystem - from venues and artists to festivals and promoters. * subject to taxes
