Squeaky Feet debut's at Flour City Station on Wednesday, October 23rd! Squeaky Feet rewards listeners with full-flavor sonic marinade and consistently jaw-dropping performances. Guided by the 70’s prog-gods of improvisation, rock pioneers Squeaky Feet rip between dance/trance, progressive rock, and jazz fusion while looking ahead to the future. The band delivers high-energy songs stacked with deep rhythm, triumphant solos, and exploratory improv taking listeners on a mind-altering journey through space-time while leaving live audiences in a state of amazement.
Conceived within the walls of Berklee College of Music, its members relocated to Denver in 2018. Squeaky Feet’s exploratory nature and tasteful virtuosity has led the band to a rapidly growing fanbase across the world. Comprised of musicians Colin Shore (guitar/vocals), Greg King (guitar), Jimmy Finnegan (bass/vocals), Brian Keller (keyboards/sax/flute/vocals), and Kevin D’Angelo (drums), it’s crystal clear Squeaky Feet has something to prove.
The band’s debut studio album “Cause For Alarm”, released in 2023, is an electrifying testament to Squeaky Feet's extraordinary musicianship, genre-blending prowess, and impressively innovative approach to music. An 80-minute roller-coaster of exploration, “Cause for Alarm” moves effortlessly between progressive rock and jazz-fusion while preserving the authenticity of improv-based music. The astute listener will hear the influence of King Crimson, Umphrey’s McGee, Dream Theater, and Snarky Puppy, particularly of guitar player Mark Lettieri, who played on the album’s lead single.
