Squat, Pulse and Dance for a Cure Pink Party: Stronger Together

We are SO excited to bring to you our 4th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Event: Squat, Pulse and Dance for a Cure Pink Party! This time we are bringing you a fun fitness class with a twist: Glute Camp x High Fitness x Zumba x Extreme Burn and Twerk Fitness!

In our efforts to combat breast cancer we want to continue support to organizations who are providing care, research and treatment to help combat this disease in our community.

What is this event?

Join us for a dynamic fitness event for breast cancer awareness! This is a collaborative class where you will get experience Glute Camp, High Fitness, Zumba , Extreme Burn and Twerk Fitness!

What is Glute Camp? Is a bootylicious class that incorporates dance fitness, bodyweight moves, high reps and cardio blasts with the use of booty resistance bands! So get ready to grow that booty for a cause! Led by Valarie James of VSJ Fitness!

What is High Fitness? Old school aerobics is BACK! High Fitness is a high intensity interval training, high caloric burn, full of heart pumping, body toning moves carefully choreographed to an amazing playlist! Led by Marcie DeVoogd!

What is Zumba? An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music! Led by Zumba with Amy & Bri!

W hat isTwerk Work Fitness? It is literally a "Turn Up" and a form of Hip Hop cardio that will help you get moving, while having fun, getting sexy and dancing to the latest hip hop songs! Led by Kim Guess of Guess Who's Dancing Fitness

We encourage everyone to come out in your favorite pink fitness fit! Best dressed will win $50 Gift Card! We have MORE surprises to come!!!
